Hi there!

I started The Elevare Project because it’s exactly what I needed when I was starting out. This has been 15 years in the making, shaped by workbooks I’ve written, webinars I’ve hosted, guest lectures I’ve given at HBCUs, and the time I’ve spent building internship programs. I’ve also hired plenty of first-time employees, and nothing brings me more joy than seeing them take off and thrive.

Let’s be real: the job market right now is tough. Competition is stiff, the rules keep changing, and it’s not enough to just get the job, you’ve got to be ready to stand out and grow once you’re in the door. That’s why I knew it was time to make this official.
